Forest Bathing & Labyrinth Walk

  • Bow Sanctuary 3533 Chuckanut Drive Bow, WA, 98232 United States (map)

Yasei Shinrin Yoku, or Wild Forest Bathing, translates to "absorbing the forest atmosphere.

For this unique forest bathing experience, we’ll discuss how to nourish our roots and shift into winter with grace and flexibility through purposefully embracing the winter season.

Lindsey Walker of Mockingbird Remedies will introduce you to the many spirit guides that dwell in the forest. We’ll explore the subconscious energies that connect the forest with the most ancient part of our soul.

After walking the grounds in search of offerings from nature, certified labyrinth facilitator Kristen Winn will guide the group in setting our intentions for a walking meditation at the labyrinth and share in a ritual and tea ceremony.

Sauna sit optional.
