SOLO SESSION
If you're new to wellness practices or looking to deepen your existing practice, guided personal labyrinth experiences offer a unique approach to meditation and shifting energy. During our 45-60 minutes together, we'll focus on an energy center, practice breathing techniques, and incorporate music while walking the labyrinth.

Whether it's a celebration or "just because," we'll create an experience tailored to your group. In our hour together, we'll share a ritual, practice breathing techniques, and incorporate the power of music during your walk.
